"Preorder went smoothly"
I had a preorder with bike24, and after I’d already paid, one of the items ended up going on backorder. That can be annoying, but they handled it well, clearly. I could always see what was going on with the order, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering if it had disappeared or something.
They sent a few email updates along the way, and the shipping date did change once, but after that it was accurate. Once all the parts were ready, the package was sent out like expected. Overall it was a stress-free experience, really, and I’d order from them again.

I reached out with a question about spare parts and they did answer, which helped. But the compatibility info was still a little vague, so I had to go back and forth over a few extra emails. I did end up ordering the right part in the end, but it took more effort than I expected?!

I ended up sending back a pair of shoes because they just didn’t fit right, i wasn’t going to keep something I couldn’t comfortably wear. Sorting the return label was really straightforward, and the refund came through faster than I expected. No hassle or drama at all, so I’d definitely order from bike24 again

"Quick delivery, but a little disappointing"
The order showed up really fast, which I appreciated, and nothing was damaged or missing. Still, I have to admit I was a bit disappointed overall, it was fine, just not as impressive as I was hoping.

I ordered a few bike parts to the UK and was happy to see Bike24 showing the customs costs before I checked out. That was the bit I was most worried about, so it was a nice relief not to get some random extra charge from the courier later. Delivery took a few days, but everything arrived fine. Overall, it felt surprisingly straightforward compared with some other EU shops I’ve used.

"Setup help was okay, I guess"
The bike showed up fine and nothing seemed damaged, at least from what I could tell. I just had a harder time with the setup than I expected. The support replies were kind of slow and some of the instructions weren’t super clear, so I had to figure out parts of it myself. Got it together in the end, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly smooth.

Overall, I had a decent experience using the site. The search worked well enough, and the filters made it easy to narrow down the bike parts I was looking for. A few pages felt a bit busy, and it took me a minute to track down the shipping info, but it wasn’t a big deal. Checkout was straightforward and didn’t give me any trouble. I’d probably use it again.

I needed a new cassette and some brake pads, and Bike24 made it way easier than I expected because I just searched, used the filters for size and brand, narrowed everything down in a minute, and didn’t end up stuck scrolling through a bunch of parts that had nothing to do with my bike.

I made up my mind as soon as the box showed up, Bike24 did a solid job. The packaging felt sturdy, nothing was damaged, and all the parts were wrapped properly. It wasn’t over-the-top or fancy, just neat, safe, and exactly what you want. Happy with it.

"Worked perfectly when I tried it"
I just used a voucher code on bike24.com it was super smooth. It went through on the first try at checkout, and the discount showed up right away. No annoying extra steps, no error messages, nothing like that. Since it worked so easily this time, I’d definitely try using one again.

I really liked that bike24 had a few payment options available, so I didn’t have to jump through hoops or create some random new account. I just chose the one I normally use, paid, and it went through without any drama 🙂

"Account is easy to use"
My account on Bike24 has been working fine so far. Orders and saved addresses are easy enough to find, which is nice. It did take me a little bit to figure out a couple settings, not gonna lie, but overall it wasnt a big issue...

"Actually had what I needed"
I’d been trying to find this cassette everywhere and was starting to think it was just impossible to get. Bike24 had it in stock, which surprised me, and the shipping was quick—well, not lightning fast, but quick enough that I can’t really complain.

"Cancellation was easy enough, but why hide the button?"
I cancelled my bike24 order before it had shipped, the actual cancellation part was painless. Once I found the cancel option, it went through without much drama, and I got the confirmation email the same day. The refund took a few days, which is annoying but kind of expected these days, so whatever. My only gripe is that the cancel button felt like it was playing hide and seek. Like, why make such a basic thing harder to find than it needs to be? Overall it worked fine, but the site could definitely make that process a bit more obvious

"It was really nice getting help in my own language"
I contacted support and they actually replied in my language, which made the whole thing so much easier than I expected. I didn’t have to stop and translate every sentence or worry that I was explaining the problem the wrong way. It just felt more comfortable and straightforward, and I was able to understand what they meant right away. it made the support experience feel a lot less stressful.
